1. The Service
Shotcraft provides AI-assisted photography critique, a learning library (ebooks, courses, presets), and location guides. Features evolve; we may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed in US Dollars (USD).
- Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually.
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual plans are non-refundable; access continues until expiry.
- We may adjust pricing on renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to photographs and other content you upload. You grant Shotcraft a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to AI providers acting as our processors).
We do not use your photographs to train machine-learning models, and we do not share them with third parties for any purpose other than providing the critique you requested.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
- Do not abuse the critique system with automated submissions.
6. Library content & downloads
Ebooks, presets, and location guides are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license them.
7. AI-generated critique
Critiques are produced with the assistance of large language models prompted to reflect the editorial standards of our photographer-founder. They are educational opinions, not professional advice, and may contain errors.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages can occur.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
